The just filed a new prospectus and it cites a silly "Valley of Death phenomenon" in trying to explain its share price and lack of willing new investors. Dr Diwan would do far better to make the TheraCour licensing terms sensible than make up silly rhetoric. With proper licensing, they would get plenty of risk capital. Probably too late now.
