Thinking about buying shares, but not until I see that the company can attract enough capital to get to a successful Phase 1 and avoid bankruptcy. Otherwise I'd just be financing Diwan's investment in TheraCour and not mine in NNVC, the very thing Diwan needs to address if he wants any more outside capital.

I don't see them getting outside capital, but let's see. If they get equity underwritten for that latest S-1 and also get some debt financing, and Diwan makes his bridge loan convertible, it might be just enough. But I don't think it's likely.
