I've been reading thru the last four hundred posts today. Could someone explain what "tie ratios" are and what they mean. TIA

Oh, BTW, I'm one of the new kids on the block and even tho I got hit hard like the rest, I will pay my margin bill ( done that today) and stay long on IOM. 8-)~
