Well I played chicken with the aortic stenosis for over 4 years and it’s finally time to take action. I’m having my aortic valve with critical stenosis replaced in 10 days.
Surgeon didn’t think taking 10k d3 2-4 times a week
Actually commented he should do that as he is never in sunlight .
