NCs Highlight ASEAN Oracle Show 01/23/98

Computer Times. Some 40 network computers (NCs) from Uniden were displayed and used during
the ASEAN Oracle Open World 98 held in Manila on Jan. 19-22 [NASDAQ:ORCL]. Conference
delegates were issued NC cards which were used for electronic mail and Web browsing within the
exhibit area where a 200 megabits-per-second network was set up by local ISP Infocom
Technologies, Inc.
