LOL success? what carbon got reduced? Who verified it? Goldman Sacks? LOL California does not need a carbon market It needs better environmental laws and fines. Like California or anywhere else needed to set up pot regulations. It could have been handed to liquor and drug stores which were ready to handle drugs a 100 years ago. Perhaps then the legal market might have had a chance. Oh Well Listen to Goldman to save the planet.. good luck
