Obviously someone was selling in a big way--well it wasn't the ones with the large stock positions -Covey-H&Q-Mass Fin--or Gardiner Lewis Assoc. Would be big time loss or impossible with out SEC filing (my opinion). So what have we got--Bain Capital or Computer Associates would be my guess or a mutual fund (but they would have done it before year end) unless they need money to pay off investors and that doesn't seem logical. I think its Bain or Computer Associates--if so its short term. My problem is I don't have the resources or contacts to follow up on this one--Inv. Relations had there message machine one--Can anyone help on this--I think Mary at Inv. Relations may know but she passes everything onto Joe Skadra (he's swamped with getting out the 10K out) and writing new contracts--since H&Q came on as the investment banker things are under tight control (finally).
