I noticed a report of a "quarterly dividend" 2 months ago that confuses me. Was this some kind of cash giveaway to some "special shareholders" that should make me suspicious? Perhaps I should try to contact IR at Cowan for the answer.

I'd like to pick up some more shares if I can trust management....which I don't usually trust in the financial sector ;)
