No he didn't. In fact he hid Trump's investigation from the public while announcing a reopening of Hillary's email investigation. He helped get your Vile Impeached President elected. That has to way heavy on his conscience. It doesn't on his followers because you have to extinguish you conscience to support the Vile Impeached One.
