I really hate to be someone in agreement with that guy. But he's exactly right. I don't know how one can argue it is an impeachment when even the first phase (delivering the approved impeachment document to the Senate) has not been done. I don't think Framers were stupid, and I don't think they assigned the term "impeachment" to 1/2 - the less trustworthy half -- of the job. We have an impeachment in progress that hasn't been completed...
