I think anyone with a mind could see there was insufficient evidence to begin with. Worse, as Professor Turley pointed out, Pelosi refused to take the necessary steps to see if she could build a case. The result was exceptionally sloppy work that even the Left recognizes doesn't rise to a level warranting impeachment.

Republicans, I think, would have accepted a censure just as a nuisance case to make the whole damned thing go away. But that wasn't enough. Now, the asshole Pelosi doesn't want to do the impeachment. WTF does she actually want to do?

The mistake was in caving to the youngsters. She was never going to be able to control them. Now, she just looks stupid.
