This is how small caps with tight floats in recovery trade in quiet periods trade. Remember price is made on the margin ... I personally can make the price on this if you'd like. All you are seeing is rotation based on preferences and views. But it is low volume and in between news. If it continued hard then you'd have a leak ... if it creeps you have a rumor or simply increasing confidence - when the real news comes (at any point) clear the way. If it then pulls back a little then some little guys are hitting their swing targets. Know that you are up against heavier private investors and the Taglish brothers in this one and these guys are still hungry ... Bullish Just buy and hold. Company is a buyout in 2020 for $6 to $8.00.
