Those don't apply to impeachment. The Constitution puts the Chief Justice in charge of the Senate Trial.

Do you agree w 2/3 of Republicans who want Trump insiders like Mulvaney and Bolton to testify? Why not if they would exonerate him?

Right to a trial by an impartial jury

That means those Senators who have said they won't be impartial should recuse.
* Right to confront your accuser

Trump is welcome to show up and testify under oath too. And he should.

* Right to cumpulsory process...the right to call witnesses to the defense



Trump is preventing witnesses to be called in his defense.
