LNC.V currently halted and will soon become QRC.V.....I had taken an outsized position before the halt,
and based only on the track record of new management. There is a change of business underway, from
a junior resource explorer, to a merchant banker specializing in financing miners. The new business will be
domiciled in Cayman for banking and head office in Hong Kong for tax purposes. This pick could go viral. Also, the public companies financed by QRC should be good picks as they will have met stringent credit criteria and deemed to have solid management and a long life, profitable asset with room for production expansion.

AMC.V has a gold rich VMS deposit in hand. Drilling just underway to bring historic Exxon drill data to 43-101 standards. Management and the board has deep pockets, have done it before, and are connected to fund capital if and when needed. Deposit open along strike and depth, with some new targets as well. Currently at about 5 million tonnes. If they can get to 20 million tonnes, it will be taken out.

SND (on Nasdaq) Looks like the premier frac sand producer and ignored by the market-baby thrown out with the bath water? Paying down debt, buying back stock and growing business with free cash flow. What is not to like?
