Even if there is such a thing taking place as Climate Change. The approach being used will never succeed. It is literally impossible to drain a tub of water by changing the type of fluid it is being filled with. You first have to turn the source of the water off. The source or cause of climate change is not carbon fuels. It is the earths exploding population. Reduce the pregnancy rate around the world by 30% and climate change will recede. Oil or carbon in it's self does not cause pollution. But rather the ever increasing Magnitude of humans using carbon based fuels. Limit the birth rate. Not through abortion but pregnancy prevention such as mandatory Vasectomies and Tubal sections on 30% of randomly selected children at birth till the worlds population stabilizes or is reduced to under 5 or 6 billion. Climate would stabilize. And could be fines tuned to near perfect balance. Politicians in all countries are simply are more in Power, Collecting Taxes and being elected. Than actually doing something that would remedy the problem. If it is real. Eventually Mother Nature will address it much more severely.
