Second S-1 Amendment filed today.
A not-careful-enough review shows the addition of the legal opinion of NNVC's securities attorneys and a few places that were updated to reflect the effect of the new issuance of Preferred A on the potential outstanding common share count....that's all I saw.

I'd be surprised if there aren't more amendments to come before the S-1 is declared effective if it is to be declared effective.
