Talisker Resources (TSK-Cse) Royalty Transaction with Osisko Gold Royalties (OR-T)

Talisker Resources is pleased to announce that further to the Company's press release of November 21, 2019, Talisker has entered into a definitive royalty purchase agreement and royalty agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. ("Bralorne") and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd for the sale of a 1.2% net smelter returns royalty on all production from the Bralorne Gold Project located in southwestern British Columbia. The transaction under these agreements has been completed and Bralorne has received proceeds in the amount of $6.2 million.
