That's not true. The Executive Branch can and often does declare Executive Privilege. The Congress cannot compel unless the Judiciary intervenes. That is called Checks and Balances. The problem is that you liberals want to have your way, even if it is Unconstitutional or destroys our institutions. So far, at least some of our institutions are functioning as intended, even though you folks have managed to absolutely corrupt the FBI and CIA and the DOJ prior to Barr.

Trump is innocent until proven guilty. That also is a concept that our system of Justice has held over many decades, even though evidently you liberals don't believe in that. So in point of fact, Trump is not a criminal. That would have to be proved in a trial, which would have to occur in the Senate. However, since the House has not seen fit to present charges in the form of the delivery of Articles of Impeachment by the Managers selected by them, then no Impeachment has occurred and no trial has occurred and no declaration of guilt has been made by the Senate.

So you are factually in error.
