Randy, Scott's point is that Zenith first wants to show some black ink (or at least, less red) prior to blowing its horn. The thinking goes, once you wake the analysts up to the fact that Zenith has turned the corner, all other news will have a much greater impact.

Also, within the CE industry there exist much paranoia, rapidily shifting alliances/partnerships and too many cases of vaporware. Nobody wants to tip his hand to competitors until "the money is in the bank".

Still, it's galling to being forced to go to LGE's website to learn what is happening at Zenith.
