I really don't think so. The stock dropped in after hours trading. Can you tell me what time the cc was held and how the stock performed before the call and after the call?

Did you read the Reuter's article that I published on this thread? The situation was clearly presented in the article. Besides, the 45 million shares were traded today, on Friday. If the stock had not dropped last night, it sure would have dropped today.
