WE NEED THE MARKETING BLITZ TO START VERY SOON. I wanted to purchase RealHelp this past week but can't find it anywhere in the popular software stores in Canada. Luckily I live at a border town and can slip over to Best Buy. Poor presentation of all QDEK products at the stores I went to visit. This has got to change if they want to turn this company around. If something does'nt happen soon the stores and customers will loose touch with QDEK software (out of sight out of mind). My 2.05 cents worth. Zoran
