The R's were in on the secret, and transcripts of the secrets were made public. Then a second round of hearing were held in public. The perp was allowed to have lawyers present for those hearings, but declined. Do you know of even one person who was given access to a grand jury before being indicted; who was allowed to send a lawyer to grand jury proceedings? Can you name one?
