Hi John.
<<how and when did you learn this? And, just for my edification, would you explain why this means a longer wait?>>

I remembered it was about three months since the last time I got in and out of ZOMX so I decided to check out when earnigns were due. Since I couldn't find the info easily, I went and looked at the SEC documents- I saw that the last three filings were 10-Qs, i.e. quarterly filings, and so the next filing due was the 10-K for the annual. SEC regs hold that you must file a 10-Q within 45 days of the end of the relevant quarter, but for the annual 10-K you have 90 days from the close of the fiscal year to file since these filings are audited (unlike the quarterlies) and this takes a while longer for the company and the accountants to get their ducks lined up. If you can't make that deadline you have to file forms like an NT 10-Q (the 'NT' stands for 'Not Timely') in which you explain why you can't get your act together to meet the deadline. As I recall (I'm not bothering to go back to Edgar at the moment, so check me out), ZOMX' fiscal year is roughly the calendar year, so it closes in late Decemeber- add 90 days and you get late March. This checks out roughly with when they filed their 10-K last year. Remember that ZOMX is due to report 4th quarter results.

Hope that answers things.
Take care.
