Previously, Mr. Aiello was Vice President, Latin American Affairs, Ogden Yorkshire Water Company, Vice President Business Development, Ogden Projects, and Vice President, Government Affairs, Ogden Martin Systems. Before joining
Ogden, Mr.

Aiello held senior management positions with ABB Asea Brown

Mr. Aiello's service in the public sector included stints as Deputy Attorney General, State of California, Assistant

"I'm extremely pleased to be coming on board at KBF at
this point in its corporate life," Mr. Aiello stated, "having
proven its unique, patent-pending technology for many years with over
2200 customers in the tri-state area, the Company is poised to
take the next step to provide its valuable resource recovery services
on a selected national and international basis." Mr. Aiello
noted that because the Company's technology removes and recycles metals from liquids rather than chemically fixating them for disposal it provides an environmentally superior alternative to industries which have previously focused on "end of the pipe" solutions.
Mr. Kreisler also announced the following appointments
to the KBF Technical Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors.
SETH C. HUNT
Mr. Hunt is the president of Foremost Solutions, Inc.,
of Denver, Colorado. An educator initially, Mr. Hunt commenced

stint with the United States General Services Administration in the
late 70's Mr. Hunt returned to the United States Environmental
Protection Agency during the Reagan and Bush Administrations, holding
senior positions in Washington, D.C., and Denver, Colorado. Most
significantly, Mr. Hunt was Special Assistant to the Administrator of the EPA during which time he reorganized the EPA from top
to bottom including all regions and national labs. He also served the valuable position of liaison between Presidential appointees
at the EPA and its career civil service employees.
Mr. Hunt founded Foremost Solutions in 1989, and continues to serve as its president. The company provides innovative and
cost efficient methods of in situ bio-remediation for use on
contaminated sites. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Tanknology Environmental Inc., Houston, Texas. Mr. Hunt's service on

company which Mr. Hunt founded in 1990.
