Ed just watch this stock over the coming weeks. The news release was merely a prelude with not much information other than the bearings are out energy is in. The brokers have an 80 page profile that they are reveiwing. I asked one broker and he told me the deal is 10 - 12 times better than the New Departure bearings.

Enough said just watch what happens. BTW this deal has been in the making since Feb 1997 from my understanding.
