The best place for investment money to go seems to be Nikkei. ..read wall street journal friday. article said hashimoto and co. are pumping up nikkei to save banks by 3/31 when all the financial analysis is done--after that the worry is that it could sink again. .......mind you--i am ready to buy--but i may wait till april--need to read more!
