That's a pretty strong statement Kim. The fact that the transactions were reported in the company's financials and the fact that the monies were paid out for an asset (oil concession in Newfoundland) suggests a regulatory infraction as opposed to a criminal one.

Nonetheless, these revelations of inter-company transactions follows a little too closely on the heels of the KWG Fiasco.
