Since Mueller had no intention of doing anything, his investigation was meritless. Mueller could have cleared this up by answering questions under oath but his refusal to do and also created a roadmap for Trump to follow and simply refuse to answer any subpoenas (as Mueller tried to do). Trump is following what Mueller did.

IMO, history will not be kind to Mueller. No court in the land would make this decision. It's not based on law. It's based solely on an opinion within the FBI.

The article says an indictment would be "unfair" since there are no legal ways to clear himself (Clinton's email did the same but they still went after her). After Clinton was cleared, Comey went before Congress and said she was guilty. It's amazing how they can twist the rules to suit their corrupt concepts of law.
