I agree with you on the class action. This is a tool for vengance not reform. I detest the idea of carving up the company, throwing away the hard work of many dedicated employees and then sharing the meat with a bunch of lawyers. DISGUSTING! My shares are IRA money that I won't need for years and I understand that some folks will not be in the same position. Reform the company and as you stated let the SEC get the guilty parties.

There has got to be another company that could benifit from a purchase of DIGL with it's product and intelectual property? Any guestimates on the value of a possible buyout. And does a suitor wait until DIGL is bankrupt(from the scavengers) to scoop up the remains?

Well time to go take a look at what other stocks the grim reaper might be focusing on. I feel like shorting something.
