When I was a child next door neighbor was a fisherman.

I am now 5 miles from the ocean and this is the furthest away I have ever lived.

Love all fish, all shell fish(no oysters please unless cooked) ,2 to 3 times a week.

Twice a week Porterhouse steak.

Chicken dishes mixed in.

Lots of broccoli rabi

Salads

Roasted Red Peppers( my wife loves these and does this twice a week)

Hummus

celery

cheeses

no wheat , no corn, no sugar, no fake sugars.
