My father was a commercial Salmon fishermen in the Puget Sound so I've eaten a lot of wild salmon. I tried farmed salmon once, and I thought it tasted like dog food. The only reason I know what dog food tastes like is because I've tasted it.

I know they don't feed farmed raised salmon dog food, but their feed is made with similar ingredients. (lots of grain.)

They're finally closing down all Atlantic salmon farms in Wa state. These fish escape all the time..............thousands of them at a time. Because of the escapes, the potential to destroy the Puget Sound wild salmon stocks keeps growing.

Canada needs to follow suit.
