Hello Brian, I have had more conversations with Joe Baba than I care to count. It is my understanding that Oct 7 is to be the day they actually have the $$$ IN HAND.....we've only been waiting since June for this check in the mail to arrive(G). The 5 mil is just the first payment which should be the catalyst to get this one moving again.......We shall see..... Mexican Hairless
