FTSV is, without doubt, a better run company. Like LOXO vs BPMC. But there are also a lot of strike outs (eg CEGE). And TRIL has new management clearly focused on a drug which isn’t a strike out.

That said, there is a lot of baggage (ie risk) to pull value out - eg: focus on CTCL (micro market), unclear dosing protocol and monotherapy.
