Hi Kim, Okay, "regulatory infraction" is a nice spin on today's development.

On a more positive note: If today's sharp rise in the price of gold is the beginning of an upward trend, GMD will really benefit.

As for the diamond exploration, this should go ahead as planned regardless of today's developments.
