Thanks, grommit. I'll check out those new buys of yours. Apparently reits and utes were among the best performers in 2019. This enabled you to beat the S&P 500. I don't know that this is important to you or me; it's just that so many consider that index to be the market or growth bogey that people seem to want to beat. Possibly or probably irrelevant since I will opine that the true goal is to achieve financial goals within some risk tolerance perspective. What other people want or do or risk or compare themselves to is not of consequence. Still, it's nice to be able to note you beat the market again (whatever the market is). -g-
