Expanding out a bit from that, towards the SE (past that Lee Blvd) they get up into the $200K. To the NW across that main road, they are all dirt cheap. The funny thing is even though I can appreciate that the neighborhoods are bad, they don't look bad in the sense I'm used to, that is the street views look fairly well maintained, not boarded up and falling down, and tons of crap in the yards.

But I suppose meth production is the main employment...

IMHO, they should hold the next Dem debate in one of those neighborhoods. I'm guessing it would be therapeutic to the Dem elites to try and understand what is going on there. Otherwise Trump likely has a bright future...
