Since I go all or nothing, I don't stick around for long. I do this every day (usually) sometimes playing earnings release, other times I just trade trying to make 1/8 to 1/4 per trade. Yes, I do short; however, that is more dangerous. I have lost money, the trick is to learn to take a small loss, get out of a trade that turns against you, so that you can get back in the game. Usually if you stick around trying to make back your loss, then the loss gets bigger and bigger.
I am looking at the next few weeks earnings calendar, trying to find some good plays.
