Hi Kerry,
My cotention is that if the new management team are put in place (AGM 1st Feb) then the VSE would have no axe to grind against the company as of that date, it would appear that the VSE are more intentent on the actions of the previous management and insiders ,I am not fully conversant on the way things work in Canada but I would think that the VSE has most of the information required ,the individuals concerned are not the company but were employees of the company they have now been dismissed and replaced and as such can if neccessary be pursued further as individuals the company now has new directors etc and can therefor be allowed to resume trading whatever happens in the future will not alter past records of the individuals concerned.

Regards

John
