Pugs, it is unfortunate that, you can't prove a illegal naked short position in this stock exists..kinda like believing in religion(faith). I challenge you to prove this position, IMO there is much stronger evidence that one does not exist..sorry folks,why have a thread if you can't debate the issues.. Also, IMO if such a position existed, do you actually believe the SEC would let trading resume? Do you believe the SEC has the resources to uncover such a position? Don't you agree this would fall into the SEC investigation as part of the halt?..DD PS: this stock is definitely under the microscope,there is preasure from all parties involved,I doubt trading will resume until all these questions have been answered..
