CORP / Windsor Energy Announces Recommendation of Approval of Hermosa Beach Project TSE SYMBOL: WNS JANUARY 23, 1998 CALGARY, ALBERTA--Thomas E. Hogan, President of Windsor Energy Corporation (TSE:WNS) announced today that the staff of the California Coastal Commission has recommended to the Commission that the Hermosa Beach project be approved. The Commission will meet on February 4, 1998 to consider this recommendation. Windsor is a Calgary, Alberta and Dallas, Texas based international exploration and production company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE:WNS).
