Figures you would say something like that. Reagan didn't "win the cold war". The USSR lost the cold war and the world was really lucky that Gorbychev was in charge in the mid to late 1980s. And that George Shultz, Jim Baker and Bush41 were the people who were mostly handling how the US responded to the collapse. Thank goodness there wasn't a character like Trump in charge then.
