For potassium I eat lightly salted potato chips. (I get it in other foods as well) I drink 5 liters of water a day. I am told it can be dangerous as it dilutes your electrolytes in your blood, can cause heart problems, like electrical problems, so a little sodium and potassium helps a lot. Plus I need the calories, my LIPIDS are below normal, so I am not worried about eating 20-30 lightly salted potato chips a day. Along with 12 oz orange juice with pulp, and 12 oz of low sodium V8.
