My theory is there's an entire cottage industry built around frontrunning trades on Trump pronouncements.
He's got some big time market mavens.. Ross and Mnuchin and others could leverage some real money.
Who knows, some of it could be kicked back to the Trump empire. Evading SEC examination would be
child's play for them.
