Don't know if you work for a hi tech company or not, but I do.
What I observe is that you have the small patatoes selling their
shares because they need money or they don't know what is
going on in the company. Then you have the insiders. Don't be
alarmed if some of the insiders may dump their shares. If you look
at all the acquisitions that ESIO made the last coupe of years.
The acquisitions were one after another. Everytime one was in
process, none of the insiders could sell. So for the last 3 years
the window where they can sell was few and far. So I am not
surprised if there were some selling. But I think most of the selling
you see in the market are by individual fund manager shifting their
portfolio to stay away from anything that has anything to do with
ASIA.

Your short term concern is valid. It is scary. But at the same time
I don't see any quick meltdown....I am buying ESIO strictly based
on value short term. And based on management long term.

As for my current view of the company. I am waiting to see the
payoff in the Dynamotion acquisition, their sales should pick up
with ESI marketing muscle behind it. And for the next few
quarters I am looking to see the AISI making some major contributions.

And remember 300 mm is down the road. With ESI resources they
can make the transition faster then their competitors.

Bought some more at 32 3/4 Friday. Barring a presidential melt down
(Clinton sure picks some ugly gals to mess with), ESIO will be back
in the 36 range. Cheap for a company doing over 70 cents per
quarter. I have also been buying CYMI and KLIC in small quantities.

Later,

Vinh
