George,

Thanks for your analysis. It does seem like DEC's being given another chance but I'm still cautious of selling on the news next wednesday when they announce the details of deals they recently announced. Nice strategy for them to let it out a little at a time (wish they had figured that out earlier). I think you know me well enough from the past year plus on this thread that I've been a DEC believer and am not trying to "move the stock" in any particular direction (and also am not naive enough to think that's possible). Like yourself, I want to discuss the pros and CONS. Right now, I'm just a bit blown away that for the first time in the few years I've been investing in DEC, the CONS are being ignored. One thing about your last post mentioning a strong and increasingly stronger Europe. I find most "don't worry about Asia because Europe will make up for it" analysis lately (not you in particular) never point out that Europe will be in the same boat as the US in relation to import/exports. They will also have the option of buying incresingly cheaper Asian exports vs expensive US exports. We're expecting big trade deficits because of this, why wouldn't Europe also prefer to buy cheaper Asian imports - in general. I guess the most important thing for DEC is that wherever someone buys from, it have an Alpha in it.

regards,
Tom
