Semantics, yes, but "ordered" (in my mind) sort of implies that the idea originated with Trump.

I imagine that there are rolling plans of this nature with contingencies.. always starting and ending.. in case.. I'd be surprised if the military did not have these opps on tap .. waiting for a need... ie.. Mr. Trump would not need to say .. set up a plan... there would be ideas already in place... more like .. give me my options... Frankly they'd be foolish not having these plans. I would if it were me...

wrt deal.. it comes down to is the US ruler of the world.. ie.. this country can do that.. that country cannot... Pakistan has nukes for God's sake .. How did that happen ? How many Taliban bases did/do they have Imagine the reaction if Mr. Trudeau decided Canada needed nukes.. You think the US would be on board ? doubtful... I know where I would bet :)

Everything sees so simple in the moment eh ?
