INTCfan.....I cannot disagree with any of your statements. Iam just trying to say that the markets in general are reacting as a whole. If the Asians have a bad day we'll have a bad day also.So far DELL has held up rather well but to think it can continue to jump leaps and bounds over the rest of the market is not realistic. It's been a nice ride over the last year and half. Why did DELL drop from 103 to around 72 in a couple of months, panic selling ! The same conditions still exist. It's probably even worse ,so to think Dell can continue to rise without stumbling is not accurate in my thinking.I believe Dell is a very good investment but for the time being i would rather not be investing on margin. That is why i sold all the shares that i had in my margin account.I had bought those shares back when Dell was near it's high. I stayed with them through the decline and now the risk is just not worth the reward. However if Dell drops off again before earnings I would be short term buyer on margin once again. My opinion is that Dell for the long haul is a great bet .That is why I continue to hold the shares that i own.
