Hi Chief After the FP quoted me about NPA this comes out. Northrich Pacific Ventures Inc NPA Shares issued 10,965,224 Sep 4 close $0.23 Fri 23 Jan 98 Cease Trade Company Extended Further to the VSE notice dated September 10 1997, trading will remain suspended pursuant to Rule C.1.05. The exchange's review into the affairs of the company continues. Issues under review include director conduct and acceptability (policies 25.2 & 25.3); false or misleading disclosure (policies 7.1.2 & 7.3.1); misuse of stock options (policy 23.2.3); improper legending on shares subject to hold periods (policies 16.1.10 & 16.1.11 & section 132 of Securities Rules); unacceptable promotional activities (policy 8.2.2); and insider trading and reporting (section 86 & 87 of Securities Act).
