Ken and Charles,

1st, the issue with Environmental Oil Services is still in litigation and I'm not privy to what the negotiations entail. All that I know is that Thermatrix apparently failed to support GRNO properly with this project, thus GRNO is contracting more reliable providers of Thermal Oxidation technology...

The case will be heard in Charleston,SC or it could be settled out of court, I really don't know. All that I DO know is that from the documentation that I've seen is that the only trouble that occurred was with the Thermal Oxidizer, not with GRNO technology. Apparently, they were in fact producing fuel before they decided to disassemble the unit trying to reverse engineer it.... I saw copies of lab results. For now, let the courts decide... But I do think that GRNO definitely has the upperhand in the matter...

As to who is selling, it is the short sellers, those amorphous entities/individuals who are trying to wring every bit of profit out of a thinly traded stock while they can... That is why is SO IMPORTANT that those of you who are lurking call Spencer and get read on to this company... That is his job, not mine. I'm just a shareholder. It is a TREMENDOUS BUYING OPPORTUNITY!!! 847-266-2055
The same situation occurred with MSU Corp. This has to be fought by helping the company get its story out.

I know that there is an article on the company being carried in this week's Wall St. Corporate Reporter. (I can't seem to find a copy, myself) and next week a another article will likly be out, (more on that at a later date, I was told) It should have been out this week, but had been replaced by some other less important subject near and dear to the publication... :0)

I and some associates are currently working on some strategies for getting the MMkrs to play fair and square. More on that hopefully on Sunday or Monday. The one thing is that while we may hate manipulative short selling by market makers, we also need them to provide liquidity. The more market makers, the better the spreads through competition. We don't want to scare any prospective new ones by doing power plays...

One thing that I'm considering is requesting that all current shareholders register at least 50% of their positions in the stock. We have some large shareholders out there that are thinking about it. Given that the float is probably under a million shares, it could have some SERIOUS impact as the shorts have to start digging around looking for stock to cover their positions. Some people say that registering and taking delivery of stock is dangerous as you can't trade the stock until you receive the certificates, hence only suggesting 50% of position be handled this way. Contrary to popular belief, once you have the stock in hand, you can sell it anytime, wherein you must deliver the certificates within the T+3 rule...

This will only have an effect if big positioners can be convinced to take the decision to hold over the next 3 weeks until delivery is made. If anytime is the time to do it it is now while the stock is low-priced with little downside left. When you take the stock out of "street name" and take delivery, you deny the shorts an opportunity to use your stock against you.

Those of you who believe in this stock long term should let me know how you feel. Day traders, this option is probably not in your interests.

Regards,

Ron
