RE: Keytruda in extensive stage SCLC; investors.merck.com there was also an improvement in overall survival (OS) for patients treated with KEYTRUDA in combination with chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy alone; however, these OS results did not meet statistical significance per the pre-specified statistical plan (HR=0.80 [95% CI, 0.64-0.98]). Does not sound as very bad failure, but once one rise bar for expectation it is more often that not victim of his own success! Extensive stage SCLC is most likely the hardest indication of all LC! Is there opportunity for REGN or other PD1 player????
